Palo Santo Marron

Rains pour and winds howl
But I am warm and toasty
Curled up with my beer

Written by Captain Hops.

References: I picked up a pack of Palo Santo Marron made by Dogfish Head Brewery. What a tasty and potent drink. It can really beat back a chilly, windy, rainy, fall night with a stick.

God-Like

An ancient treasure
Sparkling in my goblet
Makes me feel god-like

Written by Captain Hops

References: Theobroma means “food of the gods”. This brew is based on a chemical analysis of pottery dating back to 1200 BC. It includes cocoa, honey, chilies, and annato and is comes from Dogfish Head brewery. The result was nothing like what I was expecting. It was light and interesting with with a hint of spice, cocoa and a certain fruitiness. I liked it.
