References: Well here’s something you don’t see every day. It seems the folks up in Anchorage Alaska get so tired of being cooped up all winter that they get a little crazy towards the end. The Fur Rondy runs from February 27 – March 8 this year. There are lots of fun events including the Running of the Reindeer through the streets of Anchorage. The fine folks at Midnight Sun Brewing made a special American Pale Ale to commemorate the event this year.
