Open Source Brewing
Do you get a better beer
when beer geeks collide?
Written by Captain Hops.
References: The folks at Flying Dog Brewery have launched the Open Source Beer Project. The goal is to create a community driven beer recipe to be published and shared. All aspects of the recipe are open for suggestion and debate. The base recipe is a dopplebock, but they don’t guarantee it will end up a dopplebock after the suggestions start rolling in. The final product will be released under the Wild Dog specialty beer label in October. I am looking forward to tasting the results.
