Maybe it's cuz it reminds me of an old poem I wrote...had to dig this one up: Eight Ball Just the sound of it eases me, the click-clack of the rack, the roll of the stick over felt to make sure it’s straight, the thud of the break and the sink of the balls. Each shot a perfect course, each measure, each line. Just the motion of it thrills me massés and breaks and sweet straight shots.
